Man shot in Northeast DC, police say

WASHINGTON - A man was shot in Northeast D.C. on Tuesday, according to officials.

DC police said they reported to a shooting in the 4500 block of Quarles Street.

Authorities said an adult male was shot and was conscious and breathing when he was taken to the hospital.

No other information has been released at this time.
