Man faces charges after allegedly taking upskirt videos of women at Virginia mall
SPRINGFIELD, Va. - Fairfax County Police have arrested a man for allegedly taking videos up the skirts of women at the Springfield Mall.
Officers responded to the mall on Sunday around 5:45 p.m. for a report of a man taking videos of women while he was inappropriately touching himself.
Police located 32-year-old Miguel Avelar-Medina, of Edgewater, Maryland, at the mall and placed him under arrest.
Avelar-Medina faces charges of masturbating in public and two counts of unlawful videotaping.
