Man charged in Metro attack due in court

The Maryland man charged in a brutal attack on Metro is due in a D.C. court.

52-year-old William Nelson is being held without bond.

Police say he assaulted three Metro riders on the Green Line earlier this month.

Two of the victims were teenagers and the other was a man who stepped in to help.

Cell phone video of the fight was posted online.
