Man carjacked by armed teens while pumping gas in DC: police

WASHINGTON - Authorities say two armed teens carjacked a man while he was pumping gas early Friday morning in northeast Washington.

The attack happened just before 3 a.m. in the 2200 block of New York Avenue as the victim was filling up his white Nissan Altima.

D.C. police say the suspects were wearing black hooded sweatshirts and skull caps.
