Jaylen Arnold can tell you all about how it feels to be bullied. He lived it.

Jaylen is 14 years old and has a neurological syndrome called Tourette's syndrome.

He explained it on Thursday to a cafeteria full of sixth graders at Alice Deal Middle School in Northwest Washington.

"It's in my brain and it makes me do a bunch of weird things like jerk my head, move my body and make weird noises, really weird noises," he said.

Jaylen is touring the country talking to kids about how to stop bullying. He has already spoken to 120,000 students.

Jaylen says he wants to be a "light" for students who believe they do not have a voice.
