Human remains found in Germantown

GERMANTOWN, Md. - Montgomery County police say a death investigation is underway after human remains were discovered Monday afternoon in Germantown.

The remains were located by a passerby at around 4:45 p.m. nearby Clopper Road and Great Seneca Highway.

Police say the human remains were found badly decomposed.
