Human remains found in Annapolis

ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Human remains were found in a wooded area in Annapolis, according to police.

Anne Arundel County police detectives are investigating the scene in the 2000 block of Industrial Drive where the remains were located. The area is blocks away from Westfield Annapolis Mall.

"Preliminary findings are that the deceased is an adult female with slight decomposition," Anne Arundel County police said on their Facebook page."
