Higgins boat on display through July 27 in Alexandria

ALEXANDRIA, Va. (FOX 5 DC) - In D.C., we're no strangers to getting up close and personal to our nation's history.

For the next few weeks, you're going to get a chance to see the boat that won the war. It's all to mark an import anniversary tied to World War II this summer.
