LOS ANGELES - You'll need to wait to send that Aloha text!

Honolulu, Hawaii is over pedestrians who text and walk!.You will now have to put your phone away when crossing the street, or you can say Aloha to a fine of $99! The law is in effect starting today.

"Hawaiian city will fine you up to $35 if you're caught gazing at your phone when crossing the street. Get caught a second time and it'll cost you up to $75. And a third time -- regardless of whether you're in a hospital by then having been hit by a car -- pushes the fine up to $99."
