George HW Bush to vote for Hillary Clinton, report says

Is a former republican president going to cross party lines and vote for Hillary Clinton?

It certainly appears that way after a picture was posted to Facebook by former Maryland Lieutenant Governor Kathleen Kennedy Townsend.

She visited President George H.W. Bush in Maine Monday, and afterward, posted a picture of the two of them with the caption, "The President Told Me He's Voting For Hillary!!

A spokesman for the former president tells Politico that Bush will cast a private vote as a private citizens and is not commenting on the presidential race in the interim.

The Bush family has stayed pretty quiet about the race since Jeb Bush dropped out during the republican primaries and neither former Bush president attended this summer's GOP convention.
