Flames engulf Northern Virginia antiques warehouse Christmas night

Fire crews in Fairfax County are investigating after an Alexandria antique store caught fire on Christmas night.

Investigators say Mount Vernon Antique Center on Richmond Highway caught fire around 9:15 p.m. Monday. No one has been reported injured and no one was inside the store at the time.

There was a quick response from firefighters who had to retreat from the warehouse because of the building's age, as one of the building's walls collapsed.

Large flames and heavy smoke came out of the building, but crews were able to control the blaze.
