Fire destroys Potomac home, Montgomery Co. fire investigating

POTOMAC, Md. - Montgomery County fire crews are investigating after a Potomac home went up in flames Saturday afternoon.

Investigators say several units were called as flames tore through the home on Outpost Lane in Potomac.

as a fire that begin on the first floor living room and extended to the second floor as well as the attic, investigators say.

Montgomery County Fire says the fire is now out, but the investigation is ongoing.

No injuries have been reported.
