Fire damages building under construction on church grounds in Upper Marlboro

UPPER MARLBORO, Md. - A fire damaged a building that was under construction on the grounds of the 1st Baptist Church of Glenarden in Upper Marlboro, Md., Thursday.

The fire was reported around 9:30 a.m in a building that was under construction along the 600 block of Watkins Park Drive.

No injuries were reported.

It is unclear what caused the fire.
