Fire breaks out on school bus near Leisure World in Rockville

ROCKVILLE, Md. - A fire broke out on a school bus on Georgia Avenue in Montgomery County near Leisure World, according to officials.

The Montgomery County Fire Department said that 40 passengers including 29 children were evacuated, but no injuries have been reported.

Georgia Avenue was closed in both directions but has since reopened. The fire broke out at Georgia Avenue and International Drive.
