FBI now assisting DC police in search for missing 11-year-old girl from Southeast
WASHINGTON - The FBI says it is now assisting with locating a missing 11-year-old girl from Southeast D.C.
Police say they're asking for help to locate Arianna Stone, who was last seen in the 1100 Block of 46th Place, Southeast, on Friday.
Police say family saw Arianna when she went to sleep Friday night, but she was missing in the morning.
D.C. police say the FBI is now involved in their search due to Arianna's age.
They say she a black female, 5 feet-8-inches tall, weighs 150 pounds, with waist-length dark brown braided hair and brown eyes.
Police say she was last seen wearing a pink windbreaker and a black hoodie with red roses on the sleeves and red-framed glasses.
Police say they don't believe there was foul play in Arianna's disappearance.
Investigators ask anyone with information on Arianna are asked to contact the FBI Washington Field Office at 202-278-2000.
