Fairfax County woman reported as missing endangered found safe

FAIRFAX, Va. (FOX 5 DC) - A woman who was reported missing in Fairfax County has been found and is safe, according to officials.

The Fairfax County Police Department said 28-year-old Kristen Elizabeth Owens was considered "missing endangered" after she was last seen on Monday in Fairfax.

Shortly after putting out the notice on Owens, authorities stated she had been found and was safe.
