FAIRFAX COUNTY, VIRGINIA - The Fairfax Circuit Court is footing the bill for your wedding, all in the name of love.
In honor of Valentine's Day, the court will be offering free civil marriage ceremonies. The ceremony is typically a minimum of $75.
The service will be offered at the Fairfax Circuit Court Reston Satellite Office on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
"In honor of Valentine’s week, we are giving back to our community" said Clerk of Court Chris Falcon. "We recognize that many of our residents are facing financial uncertainty, and we hope this helps."

Couples interested will need to complete the pre-application here, and pay the marriage license application fee of $30.
The event will be held at the Cathy Hudgins Community Center at Southgate, 12125 Pinecrest Road, in Reston, Virginia on February 11, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
