ATLANTA - Fresenius Kidney Care has set up a hotline to help dialysis patients displaced by Hurricane Irma locate local providers.

Patients seeking care should contact the disaster response team at 1-800-626-1297 to arrange alternate dialysis treatments.

This service is available for all patients, regardless of dialysis provider.
