Deputies: Mom finds neighbor naked, asleep in child's room

STERLING, Va. - (AP) -- A northern Virginia man is facing charges after authorities say he was found naked and asleep inside a child's bedroom at his neighbor's house.

Multiple news agencies report that the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office says 30-year-old Bijan L. Roy of Sterling was arrested and charged with burglary, indecent exposure and drug possession after the child's mother discovered him in her child's upstairs room Saturday night.

Deputies say a mother went into her sleeping child's room, where she saw the suspect nude. She called authorities, who say Roy was sleeping when deputies arrived.

Investigators believe the suspect was intoxicated and accidentally went into the wrong house.

It's unclear whether Roy has an attorney.
