Dentist arrested in sexual assault of patient
WASHINGTON - A local dentist has been arrested and charged with First Degree Sexual Abuse of a Patient after assaulting a patient during a medical procedure.
Dr. Bilal Ahmed, 43, of Rockville, was arrested on January 28 for sexually assaulting a patient under anesthesia during a medical procedure.
The assault happened on May 21, 2014 in the 2300 block of M Street, Northwest.
According to his practice's website, Dr. Ahmed graduated from the University of Maryland at Baltimore in 1999, is married and is the father of a son and twin daughters.
