Delays following track problems near Metro's Addison Road station

CAPITOL HEIGHTS, Md. - Track problems near a Maryland Metro station caused delays Thursday.

The problems happened near the Addison Road station at around 6:30 a.m. Unconfirmed reports say smoke was spotted.

Trains were single tracking between the Morgan Boulevard and Stadium-Armory stations for about an hour. Riders can expect delays throughout the morning.
