DC taxis to charge $15 snow emergency fare

WASHINGTON - If you do need to get around town today all D.C. taxi cabs are charging a $15 dollar snow emergency fare.

The extra charge begins at 9:30 Friday morning and is in addition to your regular, metered fare.
