DC police seek suspect in daytime shooting

D.C. police have released video of a person they want to talk to in connection with a daytime shooting incident.

A man fired shots the afternoon of August 17 in the 3400 block of 13th Place in Southeast D.C., police said. A nearby camera showed a man running away from the person of interest. Police said the victim was struck by a bullet. There is no word on the extent of his injuries.
