DC police arrest 2 suspects in Benning Road murder
WASHINGTON (FOX 5 DC) - Two suspects have been arrested for a murder in the District, authorities announced on Thursday.
DC police said they arrested 21-year-old Alonzo Brown and 18-year-old Stephon Evans in connection to the murder of 22-year-old Michael Taylor.

Taylor and two others were shot at about 2 p.m. in the 1700 block of Benning Road, NE on Jan. 12, according to officials.
Authorities said Taylor was rushed to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Taylor's family told FOX 5 he was loving and respectful, and also stated he worked two jobs.

The two other victims were treated for non-life threatening injuries, according to police.
Officials said Brown and Evans were charged with first-degree murder while armed.
