It's that time of the week when we say "Cheers to the weekend!" Rodrigo Contreras, the trade commissioner of Chile joined us on FOX 5 to mix up a Chilean Pisco Sour.

Cocktail: Chilean Pisco Sour
- 3 ounces Chilean Pisco
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1-2 tablespoons of sugar
- ¼ cup of crushed ice
Add all the ingredients to a shaker with crushed ice. Vigorously shake until sugar dissolves. Taste and adjust sugar to your liking. Serve in a chilled cocktail glass.
