Charles County Crime Solvers offering reward in brick-throwers case

CHARLES COUNTY, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - A cash reward is being offered for anyone who can help law enforcement arrest and convict the culprits who hurled bricks and pieces of concrete at cars on the St. Charles Parkway in Waldorf early Thursday morning.

The Charles County Sheriff's Office is looking for a person in connection with at least two incidents who threw bricks at moving vehicles between 5 and 6 a.m.

The vehicles sustained significant damage - and at least one person suffered scratches from breaking glass.

Charles County Crime Solvers are offering a $1,000 for the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the incidents.
