Car stranded in water in Montgomery County

ROCKVILLE, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - Emergency crews are on the scene of a water rescue in Montgomery County.

Officials say the incident happened on Norbeck Road in the Rockville area. The driver has been removed from the vehicle and is not injured.

It is not clear how the vehicle became stranded in the water.
