Car crashes into home in Lorton

LORTON, Va. - Authorities have responded to a Fairfax County neighborhood after a vehicle slammed into a home in Lorton Tuesday afternoon.

Fairfax County police say they received a call at around 3:53 p.m. about the crash that took place at Lorton Station Boulevard and Harrover Place.

According to police, the car went across the median, went through some small trees and then crashed into the house.

No injuries were reported, police say.

Police are investigating what caused the crash.
