Boaters help rescue kayaker from Potomac River

SENECA, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - A fishing boat came to the rescue after a kayaker fell in the Potomac River near the Seneca Breaks.

The incident happened Thursday morning in the water near the Seneca area of Montgomery County.

Officials say the kayaker was separated from his boat and was clinging to a tree when boaters came to the rescue. No injuries were reported.
