A non-profit foster kids can count on

WASHINGTON - When it comes to kids in Foster Care, there is no one championing their cause any more than Rob Scheer.

A former foster child himself, Scheer the founder of Comfort Cases has made it his mission to make sure foster kids count in the world with his non-profit.
