8-year-old injured after struck by hit-and-run driver while boarding school bus in Laurel: police

LAUREL, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - Police are looking for the driver of a vehicle they say struck a child while they were boarding a school bus in Anne Arundel County Thursday.

Officers say an 8-year-old suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries after they were hit by a dark colored SUV around 7 a.m. near Shoreline Boulevard and Bayou Bend Boulevard in the Laurel area.
