7 adults, 2 children taken to hospital after Metrobus, truck crash in DC
WASHINGTON - A Metrobus and a truck collided on North Capitol Street, Northeast on Saturday, sending seven adults and two children to a local hospital with minor injuries or for evaluation.
D.C. fire and emergency officials have not indicated what led up to the crash or whether anyone will be ticketed.
The southbound lanes on North Capitol Street Northeast and K Street Northeast were initially blocked off, but the crash scene has since been cleared.
