23-year-old girl from Fredericksburg found safe

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. - The Fredericksburg Police Department have located a missing 23-year-old girl who had last been seen on Monday.

Ashley Nicole Phillips was located on Tuesday evening. Officers say she was found safe and unharmed.
