22-year-old woman, functions at elementary-school level, missing from Montgomery County
WHITE OAK, Md. - Police are asking for help to locate a developmentally delayed 22-year-old woman from Montgomery County after she never returned home Monday afternoon.
Police say Sena Bikila Geleta was last seen in the White Oak area on foot at approximately 3:00 p.m. on Monday.
Police say Sena, who functions at an elementary-school level, failed to return to her house at the 1400 block of Silo Way in the Good Hope area.
Geleta is an African American female, approximately five foot, three inches tall, and weighs 135 pounds.
She was last seen wearing a purple and gray dress, a brown jacket, and black boots. She has black hair and brown eyes and wears glasses.
Police and family are concerned for Geleta's physical and emotional welfare.
