2 women shot, another stabbed about a block apart in Northeast DC
WASHINGTON - D.C. police said two women were shot while another woman was stabbed about a block away in Northeast D.C.
The shootings and stabbing happened at around 9:40 p.m. in the 1500 and 1600 blocks of 19th Street.
All of the victims' injuries are considered non-life-threatening, police said.
For the shooting, the suspect is described as a black male wearing black and red Foamposite shoes carrying a shotgun. He was in a white sedan, according to police.
There is no suspect description in the stabbing.
It is unknown if the incidents are related.
