2 juveniles shot on South Dakota Avenue in Northeast DC

Two juveniles were injured after a shooting in Northeast D.C. on Wednesday afternoon, police say.

D.C. police say they received a call about a shooting that occurred in the 3500 block of South Dakota Avenue at around 1:55 p.m.

A male victim was found shot in the leg, but was conscious and breathing, according to officials. The second victim showed up at the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries suffering from a gunshot wound.

Police have issued a lookout for a green Lexus vehicle with an unknown Maryland tag that was being driven by a black male suspect.
