2 charged after cop finds body in mom's backyard in Prince George's County
LANHAM, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - Prince George's County police have arrested two suspects from Virginia in connection with the shooting death of a man whose body was found behind a home in Lanham.
According to police, a Greenbelt Police Officer found 29-year-old Thomas Baldwin of Fredericksburg in his mother's backyard on Lundy Drive on Tuesday.
Investigators believe Baldwin traveled to Prince George's County with his killers.
On Friday, they announced that 29-year-old Christopher Foxworth of Stafford and 44-year-old Dorian Ragland of Fredericksburg had been taken into custody.
Police charged both men with first and second-degree murder, along with additional, related charges.
Both men are being held in D.C., awaiting extradition to Prince George's County.
Investigators are still trying to determine what led to the murder.
