2 arrested in connection with deadly shooting at Stafford County convenience store, police say

Police have arrested two men they say are connected to the fatal shooting of a 24-year-old father of three at a convenience store gas pump last weekend in Stafford.

Officials say 18-year-old Jules Morgan and 19-year-old Jonathan Wrenn were taken into custody on Wednesday in the area of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania with the aid of the U.S. Marshals Service.

Morgan was wanted on a charge of second degree murder and use of a firearm in commission of a felony. Wrenn was wanted on a charge of accessory after the fact.

Investigators responded to the Exxon / Mr. B's Market and Deli on Warrenton Road around 12:20 a.m. on November 18. They say the suspect shot the victim, identified as Chaquil Dailey, and drove off in a black four-door Nissan sedan.

Family members told FOX 5 that 24-year-old Dailey lived near the gas station and was the father of a six-year-old and three-year-old twins.
