1 injured after engines collide at Amtrak rail yard

WASHINGTON - One person was injured when two train engines were involved in a low impact collision at an Amtrak rail yard in Northeast D.C.

The collision happened around midnight at the yard on 9th Street in the Northeast.

There is no word on if the incident will impact rail traffic later in the day.
