What we know:

Expect morning temperatures in the 40s, says FOX 5’s Taylor Grenda. Conditions could feel colder because of the damp air, clouds and pockets of drizzle. Fog may reduce visibility through the morning commute, with a light mist that leaves roads and sidewalks feeling wet. Conditions begin to improve around midday as clouds break and sunshine returns.
