FOX 5's Mike Thomas says be sure to grab your jacket Wednesday morning as temperatures are expected to be in the 20s and 30s as you head off to work and school. By the afternoon high pressure will begin to move out setting us up for a warming trend that will take us into the late week and weekend.

Afternoon highs Wednesday will stay in the mid-50s keeping it cool but pleasant, Thomas says, and no rain is in the forecast for the next several days.

As we head into Thursday the warmer air makes its presence known with sunny skies and highs in the mid-60s. Temperatures reach the 70s by Friday and will be in the mid-70s by Saturday. Sunday morning could feature a few showers - so don't forget your umbrella if you're out before noon then look for a cooler start to next week.
