Video: Rideshare scooter spotted on I-66 in Northern Virginia

ARLINGTON, Va. - A rideshare scooter rider raised some eyebrows Sunday when it was spotted along a busy Northern Virginia highway.

According to a Reddit user who posted a link to a gif featuring the scooter, it was recorded Sunday afternoon on I-66 West near the intersection with Sycamore Street.
