Update: 16-year-old Southeast DC girl reported missing has been located

WASHINGTON - D.C. police say that a 16-year-old girl from Southeast who had been reportedly missing since Oct. 5 has been located.
They did not indicate what led to Melaysia Garrett's disappearance, nor did they say how she was found.
Police thanked the public for their help in locating her.
