Delays after a tractor-trailer crash before the GW Parkway closes two right lanes and the shoulder.
MCLEAN, Va. - A tractor-trailer crash on the inner loop of I-495 in the McLean area is causing morning delays.
The crash was reported around 4 a.m. before the George Washington Parkway.
Several lanes and the shoulder were blocked causing delays.
On and off again showers could create a messing commute across the D.C. region.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
