FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. - Fairfax County police say a 2-year-old was struck and killed when his father backed out of the driveway of their home on Monday evening.

Although detectives are still investigating the incident, they do not believe an crimes were committed, nor do they believe alcohol was involved in the incident.

Police have not identified the victim in the crash in the 10900 block of Roma Street in Fairfax.
