Teen arrested for alleged threat to launch ISIS-inspired assault on Pope Francis

PHILADELPHIA - Police say a 15-year-old boy in Philadelphia was arrested last month after threatening to launch an ISIS-inspired assault on Pope Francis.

Officials say the teenager was radicalized by social media and may suffer from mental health issues.

This is the same plot the Chairman of Homeland Security mentioned earlier this week.
