Sunny and warm Tuesday with highs around 80 degrees

WASHINGTON (FOX 5 DC) - A cool start on Tuesday with an almost perfect afternoon on the way full of sunny skies and low humidity.

FOX 5's Mike Thomas says the morning starts chilly with temperatures in the 40s (30s in some areas!) The temperatures state to warm up with highs around 80 degrees later in the day.

The 90s will make their return on Wednesday with scattered afternoon and evening thunderstorms possible, Mike says. Temperatures in the 80s into the weekend with the chance of showers both Saturday and Sunday,
