Sunday forecast: cooler before holiday warmup
WASHINGTON (FOX 5 DC) - Sunday will be a bit cooler than Saturday, but a warmup is coming in time for the Fourth of July.
Saturday was the warmest day of the year so far in the District, with a high of 96.
Sunday will be cooler, with low humidity and temps hitting around 88 today.
Today's forecast also calls for clear skies, with just a slight chance of storms.
Monday will also be pleasant, with highs in the low to mid-80s.
A warmup is coming later in the week though, with storms in the forecast for the Fourth.
