Students sent home after bomb threat closes Fairfax County school
MCLEAN, Va. - Students at a Fairfax County school have been sent home following a bomb threat.
The bomb threat was reported at McLean High School at around 8 a.m. Monday.
The students were first evacuated to school playing fields. After a security sweep of the building, crews were called in to conduct a more thorough search, and students were dismissed for the day.
No injuries were reported.
