Police ID man shot, killed on Rhode Island Avenue in northwest DC

WASHINGTON - Authorities are investigating after a man was shot and killed in northwest D.C.

The shooting was reported around 11:15 p.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of Rhode Island Avenue.

Police say the mam died at the scene. He was identified as 25-year-old Raymond Carter III. No suspects have been identified.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police. A $25,000 reward is being offered in the case.
